One to One Bespoke Training

Tailor made fitness plan, available over 6 weeks/8 weeks/12 weeks.

Service Description

These classes are a blend of Standing Pilates, Yoga, Resistance, Strength and Flexibility training, so no need for a mat. We use chairs when needed. Great for those transitioning back into fitness, recovering from injury or just looking for a new routine with one to one support.
